- To promote and strengthen the practices and the roles of community in development and of education and health in the empowerment of women and the deprived section.
- To maximize the utilization of the local, cultural and people-centred inputs in order to make communication appropriate for bringing the implications of development home to the people.
- To develop capacity of adolescents through Kishore - Kishori Panchayat, ‘a civil society in the making’, enabling them to become active and enlightened citizens in future and contribute to the community development and welfare by bridging the communication gap in the specifically of reproductive health and hygiene in the present.
- To promote learning and training, education and action research in the field of development in communication and in the area of communication for development.
- To build network of community based organizations at the micro level and of developmental institutions at the macro level for the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization.
- To create awareness and to develop capacity of women in general and women of deprived community in particular, through orientation and training in order to engage them in income generating activities, on the one hand and to enable them to actively participate in the socio-economic political activities, on the other hand.
