Adolescents’ Panchayat (The incubation of future youth leadership, civil society in the making for the future): The information/resource centre as an instrument provided forward linkage to community. Formally, Kishori Panchayat as an instrument provides backward and forward linkages, so that, in the years to come when these adolescent girls bloom into womanhood, they become active, participative, responsive and responsible women of the society.
 
On the same pattern, Kishore Panchayat has also been initiated along with Kishori Panchayat providing knowledge and awareness of happy small family with alternative livelihood skills. Adolescents’ Panchayats thus are a new set of programmes and activities and constitute an integral part of CENCORED’s youth empowerment interventions and further community empowerment.
