CENCORED as a state level support organization provides training and consultancy support to the voluntary organizations as a part of its major activities. It includes: need assessment, pre-project appraisal, on-project services and support (monitoring and evaluation) and concurrent documentation. In the meantime, we also provided consultancy services to the project partners of HIMOS (now CORDAID), the Netherlands and Rastriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN), Guwahati. Our associated partners were also benefited by these services mainly in the areas of: Need Assessment Study, Project Formulation, Escort Services, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Resource and Material support, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Report Writing and Documentation.
